Opening hours and consulting times

The office in both Biggar and Peebles surgeries is open all day every day Monday to Friday, and on Saturday mornings. We are also open on public holidays except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and 2nd January.  A member of our reception and/or Veterinary Nursing staff will always be available to assist you during these opening times.  

Open surgeries and appointments for consultation with a vet are available at various times each day as detailed below.  Other consulting times are available by arrangement – please ring Biggar on 01899 220073 or Peebles 01721 722879 and we will be happy to help you.  If you require urgent veterinary attention please telephone the surgery before turning up so that we can make sure a vet is available. 

If you require urgent veterinary assistance when the office is closed, please dial either surgery number to speak to the vet on call – see the emergencies page for more details.  We would appreciate routine enquiries only being made during office hours.
